Minimum Wage Rates increased for 2005
Mrs. Uraiwan Tienthong, the Labour Minister, disclosed on 21 December 2004 that the Ministerial Regulation of Minimum Wage Rate (No. 4) dated on December16, 2004 proposed by the Ministry of Labour was acknowledged and approved by the Cabinet. The Regulation will come into force on 1 January 2005.
Minimum Wage Rate
The enforcement of the new minimum wage rate will be made in January 1, 2005. The wage-rates detailed as follows;
